A&W #5395 Brossard

Chicken is served raw If I could I would give -1 star for food safety issues… always had minor misses when ordering from them through ubereats but this time it crossed the line… ordered 4 habanero chicken burgers and the chicken wasnt even cooked… a bit more the chicken would have crossed the street. This is too much, I can understand missing ingredients but raw chicken? Never ordering from there ever again. Only good thing is that at least we know its actual chicken. BEWARE

I had the worst customer service at the A W drive thru on Rome/Taschereau in Brossard!!!!I ordered three combo meals. Upon opening the bag where two of the meals were placed, the condiments, straws napkins were thrown on top of the meals, very messy with fries everywhere. The worker made no effort to speak any English, she seemed to hate her job. I will stick to the A W in Greenfield Park much better service experience :

They don't allow app ordering, which means that they don't accept online coupons now.Service is relatively fast and the personnel nice.The problem is the high number of mistakes! Like once, instead of bacon, there was a cardboard bread clip??They do correct their mistakes and fast, but it's a little annoying that most of the time, our orders are wrong.But once corrected, the food is great!

The service at this restaurant is excessively slow. The staff is making an effort, but the setup is definitely not conducive to fast food. Parking: There are spots available outside. Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is on the ground level with no stairs on site. Réservez une table maintenant

kinder loved the teen burger. love how they want to lower their CO2 footprint: packaging is compostable, drinks are served in tassen, etc. I tried the beyond meat burger and it was delicious! my only suggestion: an salat instead of a fritten. or can have a bevelling ring!

Huge line up and they take lot of time to take order but even worse to prepare too. The cashiers are always missing items in the menu or maybe the person in the cooking kitchen doesnot prepare it. Too lazy.

I like A&W over any fast food restaurant. They have really good breakfast where they serve you 2 eggs, potatoes, tomatoes, toast and sausages for like 10$.

Prices have increased quite a bit. There are coupons that help a bit. The food is ok, not spectacular. Réservez une table maintenant
