Grace the Supervisor “Owner” (in her words) hung up on me today while I was expressing my issues with regards to a drive threw order the night before… She then began to reject my phone calls when I tried to call back.What can be expected from the employees if the “owner of a and w” (in her words) is as professional as a child…Drive threw attendant had us wait 15-20 mins to order then had us wait 15 mins for him to make the order while It was NOT BUSY.He was clearly abusing his power or trying to convince us to leave so he could slack…I was expecting maybe the Management would help resolve this issue but instead management is also power tripping and Delusional about there work title clearly.P...
the personal is great and eating is always amazing. but we ordered us through eating and received our drinks with clear lids without the sofa indicators (for example: t for icea tea, P/C for Coke/Pepsi, d for diet). that would have been good if we all got the same drink, but we had both the diet and the regular koks without any possibilities to determine what was. this can be a problem for people who can be diabetic or have another medical condition if they cannot determine which is diet and what is not.
