A&w Canada - Réserver une table

Poor service from the two girls working the drive-thru who seemed to care more about the cars than the walk-in customers. Waited over 5 minutes to be acknowledged and then watched as a person who arrived after me was served first. After waiting 10 minutes for 2 teen burgers, I noticed that cars in the drive-thru were being served much quicker. It seems that drive-thru customers are given priority at this restaurant.

The chicken sandwich was supposed to be a highlight, but unfortunately it was not properly assembled. Nonetheless, it still tasted delicious. My burger was supposed to have extra sauce, but it did not - a similar issue the person in front of me faced with their mozzarella burger. The kitchen staff should be hired new employees today.

I had to wait 30 minutes for a Teen Burger. This is the worst A&W in Lethbridge when it comes to service.

Great ? combo. Efficient staff. Off busy time was quick. Meals were hot.
