My son and I have been going to Chef Stellas for the last 3 or so years my son is turning 6 . We have made it a tradition to go for brunch when able! The brunch has changed multiple times over the years, but one thing has always remained GREAT FOOD and amazing choices! For the breakfast you can usually find pancakes, scrambled eggs, crumbled Italian sausage and peppers spicy bacon or ham, fairly new to the menus has seen homemade biscuits and as well as the popular eggs Benny.The lunch choices are just as varied anything from taco bake,pulled pork, perogies or lasagna best in the city According to both me and my son !! Then you can find the baked goods which you may get to eat scones, doughn...
We had the privilege of having Chef Stella’s cater our wedding of over 120 people and she knocked it out of the park. She helped out with diet restrictions and limitations, had hot, delicious, homemade pastas and salads ready to go promptly. The homemade cream puffs for dessert were incredibly delicious. We had a late lunch of pulled pork with homemade chips which sent everyone into a frenzy. Everyone could not get enough of the delicious food. All the servers did such a great job too. They were so helpful to all our guests and were so friendly. All around the best experience. Chef Stella’s is amazing and I would recommend to everyone on the planet. Such a great job! So so so so so good.
We discovered this place by accident as our first choice was too crowded. This is a local organization, not a chain. Everything is homemade on the premises from breads, pastries to jams. We enjoyed the traditional breakfast but added feature of fresh fruit, homemade jam and choice of toast or blueberry scone which was to die for. So yummy that we had to buy six more scones to take home with us. Also bought some double chocolate peppermint cookies and bread pudding. They also sell their jams and sauces to take home and some frozen menu items. We will definitely return here on our next trip to Lethbridge.
We have always loved dining at Chef Stella's diner, whether in-store or for takeout—it's a true gem in downtown. Last night, we had Chef Stella cater a special feast for a family occasion, and it was absolutely spectacular! Everyone raved about the meal, and we are so glad we chose Chef Stella and allowed her and her team the time and space to work their magic. The only complaints came from those who took too much for their second or third helpings! Now, we're looking forward to enjoying the leftovers tonight. Réservez une table maintenant
Chef Stella catered our son's gift-opening brunch the day after his wedding, and we were incredibly impressed. Despite it being her day off, Stella came in on Sunday to prepare the food for us, ensuring that we wouldn't have to reheat leftovers from the day before. The food was exceptional and offered at a very reasonable price. They even lent us warmers to keep everything hot throughout the morning. I can't recommend this business highly enough—truly outstanding!
