A&w Canada - Réservation de table

The food is consistently hot and fresh, but I can't understand why the service is always incredibly slow. Each time I visit, I find myself having to wait for my food, even when there isn't a line. Just two days ago, I ordered three chicken strips at the counter, and after seven minutes of waiting, I noticed the staff preparing three other empty bags before finally handing me my chicken strips, which were already sitting on the counter. To the owners: please improve the service speed at your establishment! I really appreciate the eco-friendly practices and the hormone-free food that keeps me coming back, but the wait times are just too frustrating.

The service at this A&W is terrible . They do not know what they are doing they are extremely disorganized the food was cold they don't honour promotions at least not the one that I brought they can't count they don't know math I wouldn't put my foot back in that door ever again. I am disgusted with their . So do not visit A&W St Basile Le Grand unless you want to be disappointed too. I have done many reviews and this is the first one that I would give a minus 5 star .

The staff here is incredibly friendly every time I visit! They’ve never made a mistake with my order, especially when I request vegan options, which is impressive. There can be a bit of a wait in the drive-thru, but it's not a major issue, especially given that many places are currently understaffed. They really do a great job despite the circumstances!

I like how they try to be ecological with biodegradable packaging and beyond meat. But I'm disappointed that they stopped using the meat-breakfast sandwich and opened only at 10 o'clock. I understand the later opening time due to the pandemic, but I want A Réservez une table maintenant

On friday nights it's very busy so expect a longer wait. That being said, the staff was very nice. We had a big order and most our burgers were breadless. The salade on top was very crunchy. I tried the beyond the meat 4 the 1st time and really enjoyed it.

Ordered a spicy chicken burger, came with little to no sauce, top nor bottom. Gave a generous tip, no one said thankyou and employee was rude. Burgers I've ordered were sloppy, and tossed, like it isnt expensive enough!! Came by today December 14th 2 pm.

The food was fantastic, as always! I received excellent service, and the food was served quickly and hot. It was a great drive-thru experience.

Good burger place. Service rapidness is a bit slow for the moment but this restaurant is new in the area. Good price for fast food. Réservez une table maintenant
