The caliber of the employees they are hiring these days is very low. Therefore the food quality suffers as well as the service and the atmosphere is terrible.I Have been going to A W since the days of turning on your headlights for service. The atmosphere and the whole A and W experience has gone down the toilet in my opinion. You know what they say about opinions , everybody has one. a .!!!!!!?

No one wanted to ask what my problem was I was ignored until I physically had to wave my hands around, for them to tell me their strawberry frozen lemonade doesn’t taste like lemonade because the machine doesn’t work, maybe say that to the customers buying that product.

Great customer service! Very friendly and helpful. The food was FAST! They were BUSY! And the food was awesome! Seriously, fantastic team work! n nI instantly questioned why I haven 't been buying my breakfast and coffee here all along.

If I go for a quick meal this is the place, always hot and tasty, employees are very courteous.
