I experienced complete indifference from the employee during my visit. I ordered a kid's meal and received a paper bag with chicken strips and fries. When I inquired about receiving fries instead of apple slices, the employee simply shrugged and mentioned they were out of apples, so fries were the substitute. Additionally, my meal was packed in a plain brown bag rather than the usual kid's meal box. When I asked why it wasn't in the kid's box, she shot me a quick glance and reluctantly offered me one. This might be the worst A&W I’ve ever visited.
During my visit in December 2021, I felt that the staff was trying to hurry through my order, which was disappointing given that this A&W in Pointe-Claire Mall is managed by someone who should be focused on providing a better experience. While the food was served hot, which was a plus, the overall atmosphere and the attitude of the staff suggested that not everyone seemed motivated to be there. Based on this experience, I'm uncertain if I will return unless I see some significant improvements.
Even an hour later, I still can't bring myself to eat my Chubby Sandwich. The manager was unavailable and wouldn’t be in until the next day, and there was no offer of compensation or an apology for the inconvenience. To make matters worse, the lettuce on my sandwich was nearly wilted.
I also asked about substituting the chocolate granola bar for my child, but unfortunately, there were no alternatives available. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
I had a Beyond Meat trio at A&W today and it was fantastic! The customer service was excellent; the staff member was very friendly and helpful. The service was quick, and the meal was delicious. I really enjoyed the food district at Fairview and was pleasantly surprised to find an A&W there! Keep up the great work and outstanding customer service! Vegetarian options: Beyond Meat.

The staff at the front can be a bit slow at times. However, the kitchen team seems to work efficiently, as our orders were placed in the warming area almost right away. Unfortunately, they did sit there for a while, which can be frustrating when you're hungry. The sweet potato fries weren't the freshest, but they still tasted great. As always, the burgers were fantastic!
I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The service was outstanding and the food was delicious. Situated inside the mall, the restaurant offers food trays that help keep everything neat and tidy. The sunny side up eggs were cooked to perfection, the toast was toasted just right without being burnt, and both the bacon and sausages were cooked flawlessly.
I placed an order through Uber Eats on December 30, 2022, but my order was incorrect and incomplete. When I called the restaurant, the person in charge told me to cancel the order, which I did, but I never received my refund. I didn't get my food at all and had a terrible experience, wasting 30 minutes on hold.
A few days ago, I visited the restaurant and observed that the chef preparing the burgers was not wearing gloves and frequently touched his face. I didn’t see him wash his hands at any point, which was rather concerning. After witnessing this, I'm hesitant to return for a while.

The food is comparable to what you would expect at other A&W locations. However, I noticed that the cook handles all the food without wearing gloves and uses their bare hands.
