Was at A&W yesterday with family. Went to sit down and e ery table in restaurant was dirty only one table in use at the time. Lots of staff went back and complained one girl went to clean ,and the other one laughed!! As I didn't think it was funny, I asked to speak to the manager, and she came out and said it's hard to keep clean? Staff standing around her in her office, just making excuses. To the owner, little things matter! Like cleaning tables so you're guest have a place to sit. Respectful staff and competent people for management jobs.
The staff here were very polite and helpful. I did not know that you could get an actual breakfast at A&W. It was such a treat. My partner and I came here just for the hash browns but ended up staying for a breakfast. I will keep A&W on my radar for breakfasts in the future for sure!
The food at this restaurant is decent, but I had a negative experience when my dad wanted to order the chicken strips. The staff started yelling at him, and after he left, the manager even followed him to his car and asked my dad to apologize for upsetting the staff member.
