There is calm under fire and there is calm under fire. I recently ordered a chicken sandwich and couldn’t help but notice that the kitchen was on fire. The staff merrily went about their business filling orders, mopping floors, and serving customers with a smile while three of them were trying to figure out how to put out a fire in the deep fryer. Quite frankly, I have never been more concerned, scared, and oddly amused waiting for a fast order ever before in my life. They tried moving the deep fryer, unplugging the deep fryer, and waving at the deep fryer, but the fire would not go out. The young girl serving me at the till calmly informed me that I might have to wait a bit for my raspberry...

I called in an order over the phone for the mama burger promo. Carol answered and took my order. Carol and the team members promptly assembled the burgers in a timely manner. The quality was amazing. Two thumbs up to Claresholm A&W staff members Yes please share.

Went thru the drive thru today and Carol helped us. Super customer service. Really friendly. Even warned us our onion rings were really really hot, which they were. I would definitely use her as a model of great customer service. Food was good too.

They had very good hamburgers in a variety of styles. The names are cute. We had to get their signature root beer. Very good service; clean bathrooms and eating area.
