we went to this place after we saw you have to eat here. we give this facility every week. every time we stopped, it was closed. then we could finally get in during the day. Well, I have a very strict diet about it. when we were asked about the allergy policy, it was said that they would follow. When eating arrived, it had the allergy elements we asked not to have in the meal, it is itself. we wanted them to make a new job, because even a small order can send me to the sick house. Anyway, the order was returned to the table and it was not re-made, but the items removed. Met some work friends there to catch up on what is happening , I came up from the south , they down from the north. Seated quickly in a quiet corner , all arrived and reviewed the extensive menu. Have heard lots of good stuff...so was prepared to try both the steak sandwich and then the cinnamon bun . We all ordered and once the food arrived the fun began . I asked for just a dab of HP sauce for my steak sandwich and that's what I got . What a well run, friendly staff excellent food restaurant. Breakfast delicious hash browns with cheddar yummy. Then had to have to go as no room to eat after breakfast Big As Your Head cinnamon bun, honest to goodness what a treat hmm so well made...lots of good and cream cheese icing on the side. Could be a last meal if imprisoned lol. Not fast food all made from owner red seal chefs recipes prepared with love. We had steak sandwiches done to our liking, served with homemade fries and coleslaw seasoned with dill. As we sat, I watched good orders coming out taco soup, huge sandwiches ect. Get the drift. we took care of something new on our tour through the south of alberta. came over roys place to dinner. the waiting staff was friendly and ready to serve. they repeated the same to only about any client training or limited social skills? Our main course was good and came fast. many people enjoy their dinner, whether it was fish and chips, steak sandwich or other family-friendly food. our great surprise was dessert. a zimtbunker in an 8x8 pan. wow, is everything I can say! we couldn't finish it and take the rest for another day after home. beautiful made roys place Réservez une table maintenant
Tried to eat there on Sunday July 31. Got there at around 3:00pm. Sigh on door says closed on Herirage day but nothing about closing at 3:00 on Sunday. Waitress stated we should of called ahead. Rude blonde. However, my husband was not very polite...because he was expecting to eat at a You Gotta Eat Here restruant. If your looking up their restaurant today it will say its open... NOT. Save yourself the trip because you never know if they are open.
we thought we were a casual food in claresholm. spacious, brighter place with many tables and stands, but not crowded together. the daily special; chicken breast with mushroom sauce was both a good size breast and the sauce was delicious and full of fresh mushrooms. the green beans were great. friendly staff. we would go back.
the shrimp-po-boy was sadly very disappointed. the garnels were chewy, there was only one handful of fries. douros makes a more satisfying chickenburger, about $4 cheaper too. roys prices have risen, which I can understand, but they are. quality quantity seems to have gone downhill. will not stop here soon.
