I walked into this restaurant seeing that the customer feedback was low for cleanliness, I quickly mentioned to the ladies that it looked fine in here and the service was good and that everything was fine just to give em a lil security about customers seeing this unfortunate feedback.I understand now!!The first girl messed up my order and my sisters, I had asked for a buddy burger with no onions. I never go to to anw anymore because everytime I get food there its barley warm. last time I went to the one close to queens way I left very mad. Every restaurant is owned by the same family. It's obvious that every location is similar. Luke Warm Food and Drinks, go in for a frosted mug or over iced soft drinks to go for cool, and Allergy Alert food is Hot and Fresh. No matter,...the wait is long, and if it is fast the food is barely warm. Still addicted to Root Beer, Onion Rings made fresh, A W Mozza Burger to A W Teen Burger, the Best Most Perfect Breakfasts, and A W Apple Pie without Sugar; hard to refuse, but easy to Drive past.

Was in a rush grabbing a kids meal for my 7yo. Their kids meal consisted of a cheeseburger that was lukewarm with congealed cheese and half a sachets of soggy fries. No sucker, no candies, no napkin, no ketchup... all the things you routinely get...in a kids meal at other A&W. And it took them an extraordinarily long time to take my order as car in front and window person were having a delightful chat. 1out of 5, wouldn't go there again. Réservez une table maintenant

Used the drive-thru approx 1PM on a Tuesday. Ordered one teen burger and onion rings. Both items were cold after a 4 minute drive home. The items had obviously been kept under a warming lamp for some time. The onion rings were soggy, the burger was dried out. This was no where near their advertised products. Will never use this outlet again.

Visited last in April 2015. Had fries which are better than they used to be. A previous time I had the apple turnover which is similar to MCD's hot apple pie. Fast service. Only complaint is the ladies bathrooms had filthy toilets. Guess due to bad location in town, but could clean them for your other patrons.
