The food at this restaurant was good, but I had a negative experience when I paid for a $7 meal with a $50 bill and only received $12 in change. Despite trying to get the server's attention and waiting for someone to come back, I was told that they couldn't give me my money back without the manager's approval. The next day, when I called the manager for help, they refused to check the surveillance cameras and I never received my money back. The situation was handled very unprofessionally, and I advise anyone who eats here to be cautious in case anything goes wrong, as the staff and management are not willing to help resolve any issues.
service!. we drove through the drive thru and ordered a combo meal with a soda and a shake on the side. we asked where the soda was, and the cashier said they didn't tell us for one, not for a big thing, so we were on the way. have been home and opened the bag to find a reciept that clearly showed that we were charged for the soda and the shake and that our chicken sandwich we ordered was not actually a fat cheeseburger to be back!
Got to love B-Bop's. It has been voted several times as the best place to get a hamburger. They have a double drive-up and no indoor seating. In the summer you can dine on the patio and listen to 50's music. They serve hamburgers, cheeseburgers, chicken sandwiches, sloppy joes, pork tenderloin, and shakes. This location is the first time I’ve been to a place that has a passenger side drive up so that’s a cool unique twist!This definitely tasted a cut above standard fast food and I especially recommend the fries and the chocolate shakes.Having now been to two different B-Bop’s locations, the quality seems consistent between the two and I’ll definitely go back. B-Bop's, B-Bop's.... I try to explain to out-of-towners how great B-Bop's is, but I just can't do it justice. If you're looking for burgers that are actually flame-broiled and fresh, this is the place. Their sauce is the best, too. Their fries are the right combination of salty, crispy, and soft. Just don't let them skimp you on the chocolate shake.
