I was having service done across the street on my car. I was a bit stressed. Henry at the counter was so easy to talk to and helpful. The man who made me what I ordered does a phenomenal job. Go here! The food is fresh and properly made as well as prepared so it is eye-pleasing! More: Henry knows how to talk to customers the right way and he knows how to listen. He doesn't rush you and asks you questions when you're ordering, but not in a manner that makes you feel rushed to make a decision. Next time I go I'm giving him a generous tip (provided he's there).
I miss Barry's cooking before he sold :(I used to drive down (hour 35) to B3 when I had a craving for GOOD BBQ and I ALWAYS stopped on my way through in my travels (when they were open) to get a brisket sandwich, smokehouse fries, and some sides. I always introduced new people to it too whenever someone was riding with me. As far as food I've had:The Mac n cheese is still Brisket-not Barry'sCornbread-dry as a desert, huge slabs of it and blandHomemade Mac salad Smokehouse fries of the charts.
First time back here in a while and the food is still great. Not the best BBQ in the world but absolutely great sauces, sides, and portions! They are definitely not skimpy here and the customer service was outstanding. Really great crispy wings as well as BBQ! Parking: The parking lot is small and not very many spaces. However the building is on the corner of a very busy road leading to a bridge so it is nice to watch all the nice cars going by.
Ordered the brisket, mac and cheese, the sweet caroline, and the smokehouse fries- got the b3q signature sauce on the side. unreal. the best bbq i have ever had. the only negative thing i have to say is i couldn’t eat it all because i got full. you get what you pay for here. the prices are very very reasonable. this may be my new go to spot.

We hired B3Q to cater our wedding. They were very accommodating and easy to work with. Their prices were reasonable and the food was delicious. We got a lot of good comments from our guests. The portions were generous and we had plenty of leftovers. The staff was also very helpful during the event.
Best bbq in NEPA. Usually get their brisket sliders at the Tomato Fest but went to the actual restaurant today and got enough food for lunch and dinner. So many sauces to choose from for whatever type of meat you get, and their mac and cheese is some of the best mac I've ever had as
Everything about this place is great. Amazing chicken sandwiches and sauces. Give this guy a visit. You won't be disappointed.
Can't ask for better barbecue and service. Nick, the owner, provides consistent quality and takes pride in his food.
