This is hands down the best Middle Eastern Mediterranean restaurant! We arrived with some uncertainty, but we were blown away by the authentic experience we had. Having tasted this cuisine in its native countries, I can confidently say that the food here is not your typical Americanized version; it is the real thing! Everything is prepared fresh, with evident love and care. The fresh ingredients make a significant difference, and the portion sizes are so generous that you can expect to take some leftovers home. Very good food and friendly service. Food is very fresh tasting and has a homey feel. They have expanded and now have a sitting area attached to the store. Its not like a typical American restaurant and should be considered when ordering, its not about speed but rather quality of good food. Definitely a must try for a taste of Egyptian food.
This is a great little market, which how has an attached restaurant! They sell all the necessities for any Middle Eastern, Lebanese, Eastern Mediterranean cooking. And the recently added restaurant is great. We stopped by on New Year’s day and had a delicious snack.
Amazing food and service! The restaurant was able to host my family of 10, along with a service dog, and we all loved the meals. We also had a wonderful time exploring the store! I will definitely return if I'm in the Charleston area again!

Lunch counter with a dedicated seating area beside a grocery store packed with unique (for our area) items. The food was well-seasoned and freshly made. The waiter answered all of our questions with a friendly smile.Food: 5/5

It's a small market and restaurant that has all the things you need of you want to cook anything Middle Eastern or are craving a good falafel.
