3 Strikes : This location used to have good food. Last 3 orders consisted of pasta clumped together in a big dry knot, breaded mushrooms x2 undercooked w/the batter falling off and the last attempt at shrimp pasta was undercooked/very dry and clumpy. I'm not going to keep ordering hoping this is the day they get back to cooking well. They also don't play the Bears games anymore or any programming) because the T.V. is broken. How hard is it to get a working T.V.?
The pizza was tasty, but the service from the woman at the counter left much to be desired; she was unfriendly and seemed quite hostile. Additionally, the establishment itself was in disrepair and not clean at all. I would recommend opting for takeout if you decide to eat here. To make matters worse, as we were leaving, she approached us and verbally confronted us. It's safe to say that none of us will be returning. What a disappointment.
I get a slice of pepperoni the cashier litterly charges me and goes and grabs the slice and puts pepperonis with her bare hands! Doesnt even wash them! Then after she puts the slice in the oven She litterly sneezes says “Im sick”. This is extremely unprofessional and disgusting

I stopped by for a quick meal before my work shift and took my first bite—it was absolutely incredible! The tomato sauce they use is excellent, and the staff is really friendly.
I'm from NY n love NY style n my first Chicago. Similar is from hear unique n delishis defently totally different than NY style for sure. Highly recommend
Half way through my jumbo slice I noticed a nice long hair in between the cheese. Thank you for the awful experience
