If I'm at the station in Würzburg, I always want to get something in BackWerk when I wait for my train. I'd rather go to work than Mcdonald's at the station because you feel cheaper and healthier. In addition, you don't have to stand long as you can simply take your goods out of the compartment and pay. Things always taste fresh as the goods are baked several times a day.
This is a chain located in the train station. When I visited a couple of times, they offered two clearly-listed vegan items, a pretzel and a falafel sandwich. I grabbed a pretzel for a quick bite before I got on the train. This is not the type of place that I would get food from if were not in a train station and if I were not in a rush.
