Leaving the Helvetia Hotel, I noticed the bakery shop downstairs. The glass window displays the large assortment of baked goods and chocolate.I purchased sliced chocolate cake, whole grain bread, biscuit and chocolate to take with me and enjoy snacking on the Glacier Express train ride from Zermatt to Chur

Our hotel was just across the road from this wonderful bakery.The aroma coming out of this shop compelled us to go in and experience the array of sumptuous cakes, pastries and oven fresh breads.My wife and I enjoyed it every time we set foot in...this fantastic bakery.

I called here a few times to get out of the rain. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate all good, but especially hot chocolate. Sandwiches are good. A great choice of cake makes it difficult to choose. Apricot flakes were tasty without being too sweet.

We had a great pastry and coffee/tea break there. It's adjacent to the Gornergrat RR tracks - we enjoyed watching the trains. First saw it from the train and went back to find it - well worth the effort. Réservez une table maintenant

During our holiday in Zermatt we went shopping for croissant and pastries. We had to be only two inside due to Corona Virus. You can also have a take away coffee which is pretty good.

We bought some sandwiches and the mountain guide bread. It is perfect to get food before you go to the mountains (they are open at 7.00 a day), and their chocolate is also beautiful.

Great selection of breads, rolls and cakes. Their almond and their hazelnut gipfels (Swiss style croissants) absolutely the best...an absolute must try. M and A.....Australia

Perfect place for lunch after Gornergrat. Tasty and filling and lots of choices. Friendly staff. Located on a quiet street it was a relaxing place to have a bite to eat. Réservez une table maintenant

I can really enjoy the Apple Strudel and IceCream also the grilled ham and cheese toastia the friendly efficient staff relaxed atmosphere and reasonable prices

You can get everything from sandwiches, pulpits, chocolates and even beer. You have to arrive early for Brezeln as they sell quickly.
