We've ordered takeout here a few times and we've also dined in. Giving 2 stars for previous experiences but this time was very disappointing. The service is okay. They forgot an item in our order, so I had to drive over 40 minutes back to the store. Two employees were at the counter talking when I arrived and they didn't bother to offer any discount or recompense of any kind for their mistake. I also noticed the to-go box holding my food was already opened when I got to my car.Ordered the combo with clams and mussels. The sauce was okay in taste but barely any in the bottom of the bag. I visited this restaurant last night with my family, and we were left horrified by our experience. As we waited by the ice cream stand, we spotted a cockroach climbing up the wall. We were both stunned and disgusted. It was clear that the worker at the front noticed the roach but initially did nothing, pretending as if nothing was happening. When my husband, shocked, pointed it out by saying, “Excuse me, there’s a roach on the wall,” the employee casually walked over with a napkin, killed the cockroach, and then silently returned to their duties. What?! We will never come back here again. I can't even imagine what kind of pest problem they might have in the back. Stay away!
This is my favorite spot for a shrimp boil. They season everything so well and they use fresh garlic. The sauce is so thick and flavorful. Better than every other seafood boil place, especially that chain. I recommend their cajun fries with ranch too. The service is fantastic. We always have the same man serving us and he's very friendly. However, Their serving size has become atrocious. They do not weigh the food correctly at all. Every time we go the amount is less and we leave hungry. It's a shame, but we'll keep going because I'm addicted to their food.
I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ENOUGH I honestly thought it was better than boiling crab I ordered: cajun fries (felt fresh, crispy with a softer inside, flavorful! seafood boil (1lb crab, muscles, shrimp flavored with everything. medium spice- not too spicy but had a kick! potatoes were pretty large and fun to eat lol and corn was ok- it satisfied my craving. service was super nice, ambiance was ok- no complaints though. overall, I think this place deserves more customers! After traveling from Asian, the first I told myself I needed some of their garlic butter shrimp. The best sauce in town with so much garlic and buttery taste. We have eaten here before, food are very consistent. I little pricey but it’s worth every Penny. I also love their hot to go bag to keep your food warm until your ready to devour your food. I highly recommend this restaurant if you want a great seafood dish.
I tried the Restaurant Seafood in Santa Rosa.The food was good. Heavy dose of the House Spice easy for the take home. Really good. I meant to try the Lobster at market price but got diverted by the rest of the menu. It is my birthday. But it's my own fault I missed the Lobster but my birthday could be twenty days from today or Monday....I will return to here.
The food here is consistently excellent! The prices for the crab combo bags are fantastic. We usually order combo number two and take it home since the restaurant is quite small, and it can get crowded on busy days. However, the food is truly exceptional. It's my go-to craving! I'll always choose Bag of Crab and am hesitant to try anything else!
The food is great, but the staff tends to overlook some details. I ordered 3 pounds of shrimp through Uber Eats, and they forgot to include the salt and pepper cups as well as the limes. This oversight takes away from the overall experience of my $90 order. Réservez une table maintenant
