Fleming's Steakhouse Rancho Cucamonga

We ordered the shrimp cocktail for an app. That was pretty good as usual. For dinner we ordered the salmon, bone in rib-eye, diablo shrimp and Fleming’s potatoes. Those are our usual go to items we like. The bone in rib-eye was rare and I asked for it medium rare. The salmon was very dry which was unusual. The diablo shrimp is my absolute fave and it was extremely spicy. I’ve never tasted it like that before. The Fleming potatoes were barely warm when served. It was a busy night and I understand but I do expect a lot more from Fleming’s. Our server was great.

it was great. fancy. the best steak I had in a very long time. I skipped this time delicious Fleming potatoes, but had mushrooms and Brussels spits that were phenomenal
