After not coming to Olive Garden for years due to the prices rising, I decided to give it another chance. I could not find ONE good thing about my experience. I asked for raspberry lemonade, and they gave me something that looked like my water. When thesalad and breadsticks came out, the salad was saturated in vinegar and the breadsticks were stale and oversalted. The chickenparmigiana tasted extremely bland and the chicken was overcooked (if not burnt). The pasta itself reminded me of the spaghettithey serve at Souplantation, but instead I'd rather eat that one! That's not all though! We visited the restaurant for lunch on Friday. I ordered the shrimp scampi, my mother had Alfredo pasta with shrimp, and my kids enjoyed cheese pizza. The bread and salad were both delicious. What really elevated our experience was the excellent service. We arrived just ten minutes before noon, so we didn't have to wait to be seated. Our table was located towards the back, which provided a nice atmosphere, especially since there were many families there enjoying the lunch specials. My waitress was very friendly and spoke Spanish, allowing her to communicate with my mom about her order.
It's impossible not to eat the whole thing. I love how fast paced this restaurant is. We enjoy the the never ending soup or salad. We get the cheese gnocchi soup. My favorite meal is the chicken stuffed asiago and it's ten times better than the chickenfettuccine. This meal is always cooked perfectly. Their chicken usually needs to be asked for well done but in this meal thechicken is always crispy.
This location is nice, clean and has amazing customer service. Our waitress KAYLANI was absolutely amazing. Not once did we have to ask for anything. She was VERY busy but was extremely attentive to us. Brought us refills and extra bread without us asking. She made sure to check on us and that everything was to our liking. I would love to have her as my waitress anytime I go there.

I forgot the name of our server but she was young and tall. She was really sweet! We were celebrating a birthday and even though this location was busy, she did her absolute best to make sure she got our food on time. Our birthday was for a 13 year old andshe made great convo, she even picked out an amazing dessert our party loved. Thank you!
Food and service was great even during busy time. Looks like wait got pretty long after 5pm. Appreciated the service workers. Bathrooms were clean. Staff was wearing mask. Would come again with Family. Had a birthday. They held our cake in the fridgewhile we ate. Steak I ordered was a little small but thick. I guess they weigh them.
The tablets at the table made settling the bill incredibly easy, taking away any waiting time. The tagliatelle chicken Alfredo is a must-try and has quickly become my favorite dish.
I had a delightful experience at Olive Garden. Our server, Jacob, was extremely attentive. I tried the calamari and the gnocchi chicken soup, and both were absolutely delicious.
