The hygiene at this restaurant is very concerning—I was quite disgusted by what I observed. The woman at the counter who took my order was also the one who prepared my sandwich. She handled the computer screen for my order, which had been touched by several people, and then used the same hands to make my sandwich. Additionally, she only wore gloves on one hand, while the other hand, which was ungloved, had dirt under her nails and a bleeding thumb. It was just gross. It’s common sense to wear gloves on both hands. The owner really needs to ensure that his employees are properly trained on hygiene practices.
This restaurant consistently fails to prepare and deliver food on time—it's a regular issue. I visited and noticed that they take online orders but set them aside until all in-store customers have been served. I watched them stack six tickets off to the side, and after waiting for 30 minutes, they still hadn't addressed any of them. Then I received a message saying they were running behind. This means it will definitely take over an hour, and the food will likely arrive cold. It's just a waste of time.
I was quite disappointed with my experience. They really don't allow paying customers to make special requests? I wanted to add salt, pepper, and ketchup to a breakfast meat sandwich, but it was an option for only one of the sandwiches and not the other. Additionally, the meats were overcooked to the point of being burnt. Overall, I was unhappy with the quality of the food.
I bought bagels last minute for a business meeting and was pleasantly surprised by how well everything went. The woman at the counter was friendly and efficient, and I ended up picking up her homemade veggie cream cheese too. It was a huge hit! Overall, great quality for the price.

The staff at Bagel Bazaar was welcoming, and the food was delicious. I just wanted a cheesesteak, and it did not disappoint. If you're traveling and need a quick bite, I highly recommend checking out their menu at Bagel Bazaar.
This amazing neighborhood bagel shop serves delicious New York-style bagels, provides excellent service, and has a fantastic team. We come here every weekend and sometimes during the week. I’m always in and out swiftly!
This bagel place is great! The tuna is delicious and the owners are very friendly and accommodating. I especially love the bagel chips they sell - a great afternoon snack!
