Bagel Bistro - Réserver une table

New management just took over about 60 days ago.They went from ok to horrible. I ask for a bacon egg and cheese bagel with the bacon burnt. I emphasized that the bacon needed to be burnt. They gave me my order and the bacon was barely cooked. I gave it back and asked them to please burn the bacon as I asked for it. They took it back and returned it just slightly cooked. Never apologized about the first error and did not correct the issue. They lost a customer. If you do not focus on your customers you will be out of business shortly.

Upcharged me an egg per my request in my “healthy wrap” didnt put an egg in it. Wrap with an egg, juice and two waters cost me 28 bucks as well. Be careful I was tasty though; not sure about the bagel

Horrible. If you got food there before don't bother going back. Begals are old and cream cheese just horrible. Nothing like before. Looks like new management took over. Don't waist your money.

Great Breakfast Spot to pick up a sandwich and begal options with actual veggie cream cheese not a speckle of veggie color like Alfa or Brooklyn. Will Definitely be returning.

Their bagels are great. Soft on the inside with a little crunch on top. They don’t skimp on the cream cheese, and prices are reasonable.
