If I could give less than a star I would. I have been a loyal customer for a couple decades and the last couple visits I have had have been bad. They?ve been messing up my orders and todays the day I had enough. I asked for a dozen and the employee whogave me the dozen cheated me out on 3 bagels. She gave me 9 bagels! I called the store up to tell them this and the employee Ispoke to sarcastically say he?s sorry and to come back for the extra bagels they missed. It?ll cost me more money in gas to gojust for their mistake. Make sure next time you go, you check how many bagels they gave you because they?ll cheat you on somebagels. Delicious as always. My go to egg bagel with lox cream cheese. They also have lots of choices for lunch, delicious combos such as cracked pepper chicken bacon wrap. Yummy sweet bakery treats as well. I do miss the made to order bakery though, I was sad I couldn't get the Rainbow Cookie cake for my birthday this year.
The majority of the reviews gotta be from yt people , if you are somebody with any type of cultural upbringing you will be highly disappointed just should not go here and make yourself mad at all.Bland, no taste, even their “hot food” is ready made behind the counter just waiting lol
The bagels are good, but I've noticed that the staff behind the counter tend to try to pass off the worst ones when they think you aren't paying attention. I've been there several times and it seems to happen every time. However, when you ask them directly, they are accommodating.
