The wife and I go here occasionally on the weekends for breakfast sandwiches or for a lunch sandwich. Every time we go we are met with rude staff. Today we went to pick up an online order (paid and ready) and she asked if she could get the order. The lady behind the counter said no you can wait on line. So we asked a different employee to kindly get our order. Instead the lady interrupted and said no you can wait on line because you didn't leave a tip and walked away. We always leave our tips in cash for the employees instead of through apps. Needless to say we will no longer go here. Unprofessional. Rude. And prices are high for mediocre service.
This used to be my go to place for breakfast boy. Did it go downhill went in today? For breakfast was standing on line for 15 minutes just ignored the staff went downhill the food went downhill the prices went uphill totally not worth going. Anymore I'll never sit foot in the place again one inexperienced today. I sat in front of the cash register for 15 minutes trying to pay for my food and I eventually just walked out. Horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible harmful
So I've been coming here for a while and this place stinks . I ordered a western omelette with cheese no home fries no toast . They brought my omelette out buried under the grease running home fries that I didn't want .I brought it to counter and complained. They brought my omelet on a new plate rip open and cold cheese put in and piled side on top with home fry grease running down the sides it looked like somebody took a **** in a plate . I threw it out and left won't go back.
