I have visited this restaurant twice for a bagel and coffee, and both times I was completely ignored by the staff. The employee taking orders intentionally skipped over me and served the customer behind me, claiming she didn't see me in line. Another staff member, a brunette with glasses, also ignored me and served the next customer behind me without acknowledging my presence. When I tried to address the issue, she remained silent and gave me a scowl. This is a terrible way to operate a business. I was patient and all I wanted was a simple coffee. The staff needs better training.
The restaurant was extremely crowded, and unfortunately, there were no clear signs indicating how to order or where to pay. As a first-time visitor, it was difficult to figure out if there was a line for the cashier or for picking up orders. I had never tried bagels before and was eager to do so, but there wasn't any time for questions as everything seemed rushed. This setup may work well for regular customers who already know the drill, but newcomers or tourists would benefit from clearer signage and instructions on where and how to order.
I went to this restaurant yesterday and spent over $30 on breakfast for three people, which I don't mind if everything is good. I ordered a toasted sesame bagel with cream cheese and well-done bacon. When I got home, the bagel was fine but they gave me jelly instead of the cream cheese. I don't eat jelly, so it was disappointing to not get what I wanted after paying good money for it. This wasn't the first time our order was wrong when we went there, so I'm done with this place.
I had a great experience at this restaurant while visiting Long Island. I ordered a dozen regular, sesame, and everything bagels with a container of cream cheese for only $10 - such a great deal! The bagels and cream cheese were all delicious. Despite it being busy, the staff was very efficient and attentive. I can't wait to go back and try some of the other menu items, such as sandwiches, wraps, omelets, and unique cream cheese flavors.

I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant for years. It is a great place with delicious bagels and quick service. The staff is very friendly and welcoming.
Not as good as it once was. The last few times I was there the bagels were overcooked. Olive cream cheese might have had a half an olive in it.
Great food, but due to cream cheese deficiency in America, they do not make all the custom flavors they use.
Great food great prices ! A bit of a wait but we'll worth it. I ordered a hungry man it was excellent
