Bagel Gourmet - Réservation de table

I called to place a pickup order, but the staff hung up on me right after I said hello. When I redialed, the person who answered was incredibly rude, questioning why I bothered calling and then hung up again. I tried calling several more times, but no one picked up. It's unfortunate because we used to order from here weekly, but after this experience, we will not be returning. There was one occasion when my boyfriend went to pick up our food, and the same woman who prepared our meal also handled cash without changing her gloves. We still chose to come back, but after today's rudeness, we are definitely done.

My husband and I attempted to visit this bagel shop, only to be informed that they were closing at 11:30, despite all the signs, including a chalkboard outside, indicating a closing time of 1:00. We decided to leave, but then we watched as other customers walked in just minutes later and were not turned away. I'm very disappointed that a restaurant would refuse service, especially when there were plenty of bagels available inside.

This is a great spot for bagels, but be prepared for a long wait for your food. There were only two staff members—one in the kitchen and one handling orders and food prep. I really felt for them as they were constantly taking orders without a moment to catch their breath. Bless their hard work! Food: 4/5

I came across some negative reviews mentioning rude or poor service. However, I noticed a sign indicating "new management," which might be the reason for the change. I personally had a wonderful experience; both the cashier and the cook were very friendly and provided excellent service. Réservez une table maintenant

I had a delightful breakfast on Saturday. My meal was fresh, and everything was served hot. We chose to sit inside for a quick bite before heading out for a hike, and I'm really glad we did because it kept us fueled for our adventure. I didn’t take any pictures, though. Food: 5/5.

Excellent variety and outstanding food! The young woman at the counter was managing a full restaurant all by herself, and she remained incredibly friendly and courteous while serving everyone promptly. Keep up the great work!

The food was decent, but the girl at the counter was quite rude. She attempted to hand me an everything bagel that was already toasted.

I ordered a French toast bagel in-store, but when I opened the bag at home, I found that I only received a plain egg bagel. Réservez une table maintenant

As for parking, there's plenty of space – it's nice and spacious!
