We visited Aroma for lunch during their buffet service, which featured a variety of flavorful options. The vegetarian dishes included paneer makhani, a daal dish, assorted vegetable saag, and an aloo dish, while the non-vegetarian options included chicken tandoori, butter chicken, and chicken curry. There was also a fresh salad, crispy vegetable pakora, a sweet dessert, and warm naan served directly to our table. My friend and I stayed at the hotel attached to this restaurant specifically to try the buffet. After reading the reviews I couldn’t wait to eat here. It honestly did not live up to the reviews. The selection on the buffet was not very good. Especially for appetizers. They had no samosas, pakoras, bhaji, or anything crunchy. You were able to order those items off the menu, but the buffet was already 15-20 bucks so I didn’t want to order anything else. The best item on the entire buffet was the soup. Went to Aroma tonight after driving by many times. We had no experience with Indian food and are shy of hot spices. The owner, servers and other patrons helped us select our vegetarian fare. One of our entrees was spicier than we liked and they immediately took it back and made it perfect for us. Everything was delicious .! The appetizer sampler was perfect to introduce us to what was available. Our entrees were incredible. The eggplant was out of this world. The rice was perfect. Highly recommend the lunch buffet, $17.95 per adult. Very attentive and amicable staff, clean and comfortable atmosphere. Enough seating options for individuals or large groups, catering is also available. Delicious selection of about 8 to 10 dishes available for lunch.
