This restaurant was quite dirty. If I hadn't been so hungry, I would have chosen a different place. The floors were very sticky, there was trash scattered around the dining room, and our booth had food particles on the surfaces. The service was also lacking; I didn't learn my server's name until I received the bill, and everything took forever to arrive at our table. Our food orders were mixed up, and while the meal was decent, it wasn't anything special. We won't be returning here.
Deborah was the only server who showed up after the Christmas holidays, and she certainly had her hands full. The place was incredibly busy, but she managed to keep her composure and did her best to take care of everyone while remaining friendly. For that, she deserves a full 5 stars. Overall, we rated the experience 4 stars, mainly because six employees had resigned, which slowed down service.
Although it took a while my food was yummy. Hot and fresh. Country Fried steak, mashed potatoes, green beans and strawberry pie(a special treat it’s seasonal). Just want to make a point, our lives have changed due to Covid. Not many folks went back to work so these establishments are short on staff. Please be kind and patient with these workers. They are doing their best!
order sunrise burger, hashbrowns were boiled and greasy, whole burger was super greasy. all that would have been made to make this meal a was just a little bit of attention. what they expect when the gm made the food. long story short 2 meals was wasted $40. Ordered grilled cheese sandwich and barely cheese on bread. Questioned waitress and she said cook’s answer was that it’s one slice unless 2 slices is ordered. I wondered why so much bread was showing? It was not hot! Check came to $6.99 just for sandwich. And with a soup and drink was over $14. Really? Like really?
They are not as good as they used to be. Bob Evans is in my opinion failing. The good tastes ok but not always cooked the way you want it. I asked for eggs over easy and I got well done there was no yoke to bio my toast in. I have not ate here in years but now not impressed at all.
Good experience. Food tasted great. Turkey dinner was very good and was plated nicely. Happily accommodated a party of 7 with small children. Service was a bit slow and staff seemed short. If you're in a hurry you should consider that. I'll look forward to returning.
The food was expertly prepared, and the service was outstanding. I really enjoyed the new breakfast menu. My southwest omelet was amazing, and while the toast was a bit dry, it was still tasty. Overall, I would rate the food as 5 out of 5. Réservez une table maintenant
Went here knowing service prob had not changed. Got seated , we were a party of 2. There was a party of 4 that was seated. That's it. No one else there. After 15 min and still had not had our drink order taken. Won't go back. It's a shame
