This wendy 's has gone down hill. Placed an order for a single with everything including cheese. Received a single with just cheese and a piece of lettuce. Ordered a double stack with extra onion but didn 't have extra onions. Both the single and the double stack were dried out. These were not hot or fresh. Ordered chicken nuggets with sweet and sour sauce and was given BBQ instead. Went to get my drink and doesn 't look like anyone cleaned the fountain machine in a week. The counter had some kind of spill on it. Couldn 't order from the mobile app and I was told that 's not their problem. The breakfast menu is on a whole different level. I remember the original breakfast offerings, and this new one is much better, yet still holds true to the best of Wendy's. My favorite breakfast sandwich has to be the Maple Bacon Chicken. The Breakfast Baconator is also a solid choice; I love it on a maple biscuit—it's so good that I crave one right now! I really wish they served breakfast all day; I’m sure it would be a hit.

We visited the Wendy’s drive-thru on W Broad St for dinner tonight, and everything was perfect! I know some may think that’s expected, but given the current challenges in hiring, it’s not always easy to find good service. I want to extend my gratitude to the staff working tonight for taking pride in their work and providing my family with a wonderful meal. Thank you!
Overall standard Wendy’s experience. This location is one I frequent a lot and they have a habit of closing early or “running out of food” by 11pm, so late night isn’t exactly late night here.During the day however. The food was served hot, but the service was a bit slow. The cashier taking payments was vaping while working and mentioned that they were understaffed. She added that she couldn't get fired because there wasn't anyone else available to work.
4 times now in one month , two days in a row they have told me their systems are down and they can’t take my order… I wouldn’t even go to this one if the other locations weren’t so far away from my home
Every night when I go here after work I go here and try to order a $6 biggie bag and a Frosty and they never have the frosting machine up and working it's always broke or they're out of Frosty they say
I know it's just another Wendy's, but the staff here are very patient with me and friendly too. This Wendy's specifically has a nice vibe and pretty clean too.
