My wife and I have dined at this location multiple times, and we've consistently enjoyed great service and delicious food. On our most recent visit, we both ordered salmon. Hers arrived hot and perfectly cooked, while mine was barely warm. When I examined it, I found it was undercooked and still raw. However, the waiter was quick to take action and had another full meal prepared for me, which turned out to be the best dish I've ever had at any Red Lobster.
The food was simply incredible! I especially loved the scallops, and the bread they offer is outstanding. I had a wonderful lunch with my mom, and our server, Jester, was exceptional! They were incredibly kind and well-informed about the menu. My mom and I had quite a few questions about the dishes, and Jester patiently and graciously answered all of them. The entire staff is very dedicated, but Jester really shone! Thank you!
The atmosphere was really pleasant and clean. The waitstaff were attentive, and the front of house staff were both friendly and knowledgeable. I ordered the endless shrimp special for Monday, and at no point did I have to wait for my next plate or a beverage refill. Even though they were fairly busy during the dinner rush, I never found myself in need or waiting to keep enjoying my meal. Excellent job overall!
After being hesitant to visit Red Lobster for years due to past problems with service and food quality, we finally decided to try this location since it was conveniently located for a family gathering. We were pleasantly surprised by the experience! The meals were excellent, and our server, Solita, offered outstanding service. Our waitress was Tamara, and she was very good. We like fresh coffee, so she made sure we were served with a new pot. She brought each serving out exactly on time. She was very friendly, and the food was delicious on our birthday meal!
Our waitress was very friendly, the food was awesome and the manager was walking around checking on customers, and that goes a long way these days.
Date night with my tall, dark, and handsome partner! They've revamped the salads, and it's the best side salad I've ever had.
