I was disappointed with my experience. Vaughn was polite and helpful when I placed an order to be sent to the hospital for the nurses and staff. I was informed that the delivery person (who received a generous tip) could enter through a side door near the cafeteria and deliver the order directly. However, the food ended up sitting on a counter near check-in for two hours without any call or notification about the delivery. I requested plates, napkins, and knives, but received none of those items. Additionally, I asked for a message from my husband and me to be included, along with his room number, but the message was incomplete and the room number was incorrect.
Today was quite chaotic, with 90% of the spectators at GN Carbo-Last watching for the marathon fast that starts tonight. However, David and his team did an excellent job, managing everything smoothly despite the challenges posed by Covid. My son insists that these are the best bagels in the world, and my veggie omelet, served with freshly roasted potatoes, was perfect and prepared quickly, regardless of how busy the kitchen was. I do miss the blueberry coffee, but that's just part of life during flu season. It was nice to see familiar faces again, even though I haven't seen some friends in a while, and it was great to spend time with my son at this kosher spot.
I had a toasted bagel with jelly and a chocolate milk. The total came to $6 with some change. The bagel was tasty, and while the chocolate milk was a bit warm, it was still enjoyable. I would definitely come back to this place. It seemed a little pricey to me, but overall it was very good. The restaurant was clean, and the staff was friendly and courteous.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. One of the staff members was quite rude and even acted aggressively towards a younger woman and me. As for the food, it lacked any flavor; I couldn't even finish more than a few bites. I really don't understand how someone can mess up an omelet bagel.

Bagel sucked. Lox is super greasy and doesnt taste great, even the pickle tasted odd. The only good part was the bagel itself. If i had it toasted with butter i probably wouldve enjoyed it. But the lox is really weird. I hope i dont get sick. Threw it out after eating a few bites.
Terrible customer service. One of the workers literally tried to fight me. I canceled my order and I just walked out.
Horrible and disgusting customer service I had stay away from this shop don’t waste money and time not worth it.
David and his team are consistently very helpful! They serve the best bagels in town!
