My fiancé mentioned twice “the waiting was worth it.” We waited almost half an hour for our meal, which was too long, but the food was delicious. I gave four stars because the food was great, but because the service was bad. I can pardon the young lady in the register because she's young and maybe can learn. My proposal is to get them as well as the other staff training on customer service. Teach them that securing the customer the food will soon and welcome customers is polite. When the food was ready, the young lady left it on the counter and left. She never once said the order is ready, or thank you for waiting, or I'm sorry for waiting for the long, or here's your food.
