Horrible experience and they won’t even pick up the phone for us to complain about our very bad experience.. burnt bagels for starters however from the get go they gave our food to another customer who never verified it was his .. we also waited over 30 minutes for it all to be recooked, she just handed it to him assuming that it was definitely his order which struck me as odd and very unprofessional conduct.. we also paid for extra bacon which was never added to our order and the bagels were burnt on the bottom ..to add insult to injury they forgot to put our sons plain bagel in the to-go bag … we will never frequent there again because every time we go there its one thing after another wit...

The food is horrific this morning I got a chicken sandwich on a plain bagel the chicken tasted sour. Was not toasted like asked I also got a cinn sugar bagel with butter toasted was a plain bagel no flavor what so ever I spent 30 dollar at this establishment was extremely disappointed. The only thing that was decent was the smoothie. Do you not check food before sending it out!?

The bacon egg bagel lacked any color and flavor, while the smash burger was a cold, soggy patty. The strawberry banana smoothie was excessively sweet. The coffee was just passable. They also forgot to include cream cheese for the plain bagel.

I’m not sure what was going on with the staff. They weren’t acting quite right. They got my order incorrect and I saw two other orders that were incorrectly done while there. Also the digital menu still isn’t fixed. I won’t be going back Réservez une table maintenant

I really enjoy this place! I used to go to the one in Melbourne, and visiting this location feels just like home to me. The bacon, egg, and cheese bagel is always fantastic, and the peanut butter and banana shake is delicious too.

Watch carefully!! The prices listed on the menu and online aren't what it rings up for!! Like a lot of places, extremely understaffed and the helpers can only do so much! Hey manager get your place in check!!

I stopped by for a quick late breakfast and was really impressed. The coffee was excellent, and my breakfast was both fresh and served promptly. The service was also fantastic.

Great bagel, better than the fast food around though takes about twice as long. Worth the wait to get non rubbery food imo. Réservez une table maintenant

They are closed by the Florda Dept. Of Revenue. Plus they never paid their employees for the last several weeks.
