I wish I could give this amazing place 10 stars! This review is long overdue. It's a beautifully run establishment that is always clean, professional, efficient, and staffed by cheerful employees who do everything perfectly. The bagels are consistently delicious and generous in size! My only complaint is that the most popular varieties often sell out because they’re just that good! I decided to be adventurous one day and stopped in. I have absolutely fell in love with the place. Truly wonderful staff, so friendly and accommodating. Food is just awesome, great vegetarian options and dessert, well always highlight of my day. ????.The Lemon bars definitely put a big smile on my face. Cute little touches with the decor, fresh flowers are so beautiful.There's a book donation/exchange box and one day free local produce box. I will make a point to visit anytime I'm in town.
First visit here. Had the reuben...wow was it packed with meat! Enjoyed it on a Black Russian bagel (aka pumpernickel). The dark roast coffee from Pale Horse...a Sumatran...was one of the smoothest dark roasts I've had. Coupled with the PB brownie...what more needs to be said? The young ladies working the counter where a joy...cheerful and full of info. Marking this for return visits when I am in Easton.
While the bagels are okay quality, the attitude of several of the employees is sub-par. It took more than 15 minutes for a simple toasted bagel and cream cheese. Again, quality is decent, store is relatively clean, but a lot of employees standing around looking for something to do. Hope it improves or this store will go by the wayside like the previous bagel shop that was there before!

Don't expect your meal to arrive quickly, as everything is made fresh! The service is friendly and lively! We really enjoyed the Bagel Lox Sandwich and have been trying new sandwiches ever since. So far, I've yet to come across one I wouldn't want to have again. The Chai Tea Cupcake was also delicious!
This is a surprisingly good point. Do not let the environment fool you into thinking, it is simply ok- good here and coffee is well executed and the service is fantastic. It is worth coming from your way here vs a bland blah spot closer. Last but not least, pricing is fair.
Incredibly cheerful staff! I felt very welcome here and it made the experience unforgettable. Sandwich and pastries are also very good. They're not New York or Jersey Bagels safe, but they're fucking good, not the less! Very recommended!!
Stopped by for lunch. Staff was upbeat and had a great attitude. My wife was very happy with her tuna bagel and my turkey and apple melt was tasty! The soup was good as well, tomato basil. Thank you Bagery! We will be back!
