Bago - Réserver une table

We had some pasta and pizza. It was nice enough. The inside of the resaurant has a nice feel to it being on three levels and with a modern decor. There is an outside area too. It's near Kinopols so it's good for pre or post kino drinks. The only let down was the service. It was polite but we were lucky to see a waitress once every fifteen minutes.We ended up walking out in order to get the bill and pay. It was a quiet and there were plenty of staff so this wasn't the reason. The staff seemed to be spending a lot of their time standing around chatting to each other and their friends instead of serving. This is costing this business money. If they hadn't taken so long we would have had more wine and coffee. After waiting so long to order we decided to go somewhere else.It's a shame about the service because pretty much everything else is good here.

We wandered into Alt Godesberg this weekend for a late afternoon snack and after walking all around the neighborhood trying to find a good place to just sit and eat a snack, we chose Bago, with its extensive outdoor seating and large crowd of people already there, indicating its popularity. We ordered drinks (the sour cherry juice was my choice, I love the juices) and three of the crostinis to share, which were excellent. We ended up sitting inside because it was impossible to find a place in the large outdoor seating area where someone wasn't smoking. The inside was quite nice though, and right next to the bar we had little difficulty obtaining prompt service. The food was very good, with creative choices, and the service friendly. Would go back again!

So your in Bad Godsburg and you wouldn't ever expect such AMAZING Italian dishes to be anywhere close but your wrong, Bago is SUPER ! I have given it a 5 star rating based on 1. Their amazing service2. Outdoor or indoor seating3. Great staff4. Yummy Pasta dishes5. Huge portions (try the starters platter and thank me all of your life later)And last but not least6. The speedy chef (our meals took less than 10 minutes) Prices are really reasonable and if the weather is good (spring - summer) sit out doors and get a "beachy feel" My favorite restaurant in Bad Godsburg Hands Down

Bago's is a nice place for Sunday breakfast. The downside is quite limited food options besides breakfast. They have a nice sitting area outdoors. My recommendation is Italianisches Fruhstuck with Kaffee Latte. It would cost around 10 Euros.

I always bring friends here because they do a good breakfast. Service can sometimes be a little slow, but otherwise good food & reasonably priced!
