This restaurant is quite disappointing. The customer service has been the absolute worst I've encountered—I'm not exaggerating. I've tried giving it several chances, but they continuously fall short. There seemed to be a problem with the ingredients, as three different bowls were extremely spicy even though no hot salsa was included. When I raised this issue, I encountered significant resistance. Such a terrible place. Worst customer service ever (not exaggerating). I have given it multiple chances and they never fail to disappoint. Probably a glitch in the ingredient. Three separate bowls were so spicy despite no hot salsa in it. When I saidthat, I got so much resistance. The quantity here is much lower than what you would get at other locations. I understand someemployees are new and learning but good customer service is basic thing in retail business. I won?t be making a mistake ofgoing to this location again. You shouldn?t either.
When to chipotle on Abington the worst experience ever manger maynard was the worst. I will never be back to this Chipotle. We asked and payed for extra meat and the girl on the line didn't give full portions when told management all he did was take our food and throw it in trash and give us a refund. He said he couldn't do anything. We just wanted an extra side of the chicken we payed for He just took $40 worth of food and through it in the trash. Worst customer service experience.
I come here because it?s the closest one to me and quick for when I?m on the go. They cheat you on the amount of food you get often. I?m use to my bowl being almost full but now it?s like half full. No one wants to pay $11 for half a bowl of food. Music is too loud. If they had free wifi this would quickly become a hang out spot for college students as it?s right next to a few colleges. A lot of missed opportunities here.

Every time I come here it?s either closed or they are not taking customers in store and you can only do pickup. They also charge you 12$ for a bowl and barely fill it. I am so use to being able to eat half of it and have the other half tomorrow.. now I canfinish a whole bowl in one sitting. It?s pretty upsetting and poorly managed.
Every time I visit Baja Fresh Mexican Grill, it’s either closed or only offering pickup, no dine-in service. They charge $12 for a bowl, but it’s barely filled. I used to be able to eat half and save the rest for later, but now I finish the entire bowl in one sitting. It’s pretty disappointing and seems poorly managed.
Nothing really remarkable or terrible. Food was okay but I do have to remark that the cashier had absolutely zero personality. Poor thing just stared at us with a completely blank look when we smiled at her or spoke to her. I do hope she finds somethingthat makes her happier than working at Chipotle ????
The food is made fresh to order, which may result in a slightly longer wait for your meal. On my latest visit, they appeared to be a bit short-staffed, but my past experiences have been smooth. The quality of the food is always excellent, contributing to a delightful dining experience.

I will not be going back to this restaurant! There were no beans, hardly any meat, no iced tea, and the tables were dirty. I understand they want to make a profit, but this is just not acceptable. I'm really frustrated with the Willow Grove location. It's time to shut this place down.
