Although it has only been open since Tuesday, this new restaurant in Ferguson, MO, appears to be off to a great start. They offer a variety of 12-inch wood-fired pizzas, with around a dozen specialty recipes on the menu. If you're not in the mood for something unusual, you can also build your own pizza. The pizza was delivered hot and fresh, featuring an authentic hand-tossed crust and a generous amount of fresh ingredients. After Driving to Vincenzo's through a 5 minute blinding snow storm and while eating dinner we noticed BAKED was open and people inside. We had to go and although full from a delicious dinner we were immediately greeted and amazed at the decor and awesome Copper Topped Pizza oven. We sat at the bar to see familiar faces and ordered a Pizza and beer WOW what an awesome new addition to a friendly town. I couldn't figure out the high cost of pizza and beer until I realized my wife snuck in a Get Baked T-Shirt lol. I recommend the Drive from wherever you live for the great food and conversation with awesome staff and patrons.
I ordered the Chicken Bianca pizza and the Roasted Brussels Sprouts. The Brussels sprouts were actually the main reason I visited, as it's rare to find them on a restaurant menu. They arrived hot, and the pancetta added a delightful texture to the perfectly cooked, firm sprouts. The pizza crust was soft and chewy, while the combination of toppings was absolutely delicious. The caramelized onions retained some firmness, and the mushrooms were flavorful and well-balanced. Overall, it was a fantastic meal. I can't wait to return and try more of their offerings.
My family and I live here in Ferguson! Took my kids and hubby there to support a new business! It was delicious! Busy yes, but most restaurants are on a Friday night! We received outstanding service and compliments from staff and maybe manager) on how well behaved our kids were we had 8 Kids with us). Asia, our server, was amazing and the pizza was worth every penny and then some! Proud they are here In Ferguson and even more proud it can be another family hangout for us! Oh and I love the decor and that we can watch sports!

The pizza was great, one standard size and thickness. I’d say the size is more than enough for one person, enough for two if you also have salad. The crust is thicker than thin, but not quite medium. We liked how the crust isn’t greasy at all. Ingredients all very fresh. The bar looked to have big variety of drink options. Several TVs all to different channels. Wait staff was super friendly. I expect to go there frequently!
If you're in the mood for an appetizer, I highly recommend the Pear and Hot Honey Crostini, garnished with goat cheese and walnuts—it was delightful! The Citrus and Greens salad was also a highlight, combining spring mix with chicken, feta, walnuts, and Fuji apples; it’s hands down the best salad I've had in ages. We’re eager to return to explore even more fantastic options on the menu!
Great pizza. They have real deal toppings and sauces and the crust is amazing. The service is also excellent. I had the Cuban the other day and it tasted better than any Cuban sandwich I’ve ever had. The honey bourbon wings are some of the best I’ve ever had as well.
Best pizza in a long time, great flavor the crust baked to perfection anxious to go back and sample some of the appetizers along with another delicious pizza!
