Today around 1140 I went to bakers. I attempted to place my order but was asked to hold which took almost two minutes. I order a plain cheeseburgers with a small fry and drink which cost a little over 8 dollars. I than waited for almost 16 minutes to get to the window and pay for my food. The person who was working the drive thru read back the wrong order, which I had to correct him, and than charged me . I than proceeded to wait for a few more minutes. All in all, I waited for almost 22 minute with three cars ahead of me.I'm not sure why I went to bakers being that In Out is not to far and it would have been cheaper and better service. Went to Bakers during the week and the chicken burrito was not quite up to par. Saved my receipt took a picture of it because it just wasn't like how it normally is with red sauce and shredded cheese just chicken and was on the small side. I contacted the manager Jessica and went by today and she made the burritos again and I was really impressed at her professionalism. While I was waiting for Jessica to make fresh chicken burritos I was offered a free beverage. I've always love bakers and still do. Was happy with the management and their customer service skills. I will be back!!
I enjoy eating at Bakers every time I am in the IE. I like the Mexican and burgers combo. It's like Del Taco but different in a good way. The fries are kind of thin like shoestrings. The hot sauce is good too. I almost always get the Twin Kitchenmeal. A burger, a taco, fries a drink. Pretty standard but it is so good. I like how they size combos as Jr (small)., Mama(medium) Papa (large). I think A W did something like this when I was a kid. I'm waiting to try breakfast, I've neverbeen out early enough to get it. It looks good and I will try it soon.

Carl's tossed me out for having a bicycle (I bike commute). Worked out great though. Tried a new burger (BLT) and it was better than I expected. Girlfriend and I had a craving for something sweet so we got some ice cream before leaving. Staff were superpolite too.
The customer service was good and timely. The food was not what I'm used to receiving from Baker's. The taco burger was cold and had very little meat and cheese and no mustard. The fries were hot but not completely cooked and had no salt.
We hadn't had Bakers in years and years but the kids got coupens from the library for reading. For free food was fine, but looking at the prices and after experiencing the quality, I wouldn't be back.
Tried to give this location a chance, but three consecutive visits have yielded undrinkable iced coffee. Absolutely disgusting. For such a costly meal, I'm disappointed.

difficult to get and out, but they have great service and a delicious brc burrito. the prizes are great.
Fresh cooked patties which makes a great tasty burger.
