The best pho place is in the IE! Definitely opt for the XL house combo. Love the flavor of their broth and a decent amount of tender meats and noodles.This is also the only place with fried fish (47b). Beautifully fried and juicy. If you get this also ask for fish sauce. Also, note if you get this they fry it fresh so it typically takes 10-15min- worth the wait though!If you come during lunch/dinner times be prepared for a 30-45min wait.
I have always loved this place. The last few visits the food is just not the same. Today we attempted delivery. The food was late, didn't taste great and it wasn't what we ordered. Now late and cold is Grub Hub fault but wrong items and not tasting great that is Pho Ha going down hill. Makes me sad because I live across the street and order 2-3 times a month.
I've been coming here for years. It's my favorite local spot. I always get the same bowl of Pho Tai. I've shared this location with so many of my friends and family. The broth of the Pho is so flavorful. It isn't oily at all. If you're ever looking for a great bowl of soup this is the place to go.

I ordered a lemon grass vermicelli beef and barbecue beef spring roll. Service was excellent, sat and ordered and food came quickly. The food was a large portion and it was delicious. I couldn't finish the food so i took them home. Definitely gonna go back.
I ordered take out. The staff was prompt on greeting and helping me out. I ordered the Bahn mi with beef and a spring roll. Both were so yummy! My first time ever trying both. Will definitely be back and recommending to my fellow foodie friends!
Not sure why they have been unable to clear their B rating for quite some time. To me it becomes proof that it 's not taken seriously. Mixed with the dead insect on the rating card itself, I wouldn 't consider for a second to eat here anymore.
Waitress very rude! Did not take my order for 15 minutes, then misunderstood me. Egg rolls were over cooked. She did not want to give me item I ordered or provide a fresh order of egg rolls. Parking difficult

Every time I come the food is delicious, it is nice and hot, always fresh! I get the number 11, and the 93 or 63? whichever has the egg rolls on it is the best there is! Will always come back.
I was not wowed. Since when did a bowl of pho start costing $15?
