Well this place is known for their briyani and believe me they serve very good briyani in CBD. I'm specially fan of their goat briyani, as it always be cooked well with balanced spices and flavours. Small place in the heart of fortitude valley, mostly known for take aways . Other than briyanis, their chicken starters like chicken and chicken chilli is quite good and also reasonably priced. Actually with that price you'll not find anything better than this. Special mention to courtesious staff who always receives you with smile. Good job friends
Cheap, quick and Healthy, this is how I would describe Balti. Located close to the fortitude valley station, this restaurant is good for quick eats. If you are busy on a working day and quickly want to kill your hunger, then Balti is the best option. Food served here is hygienic and tasty. Not too many options to choose though. You will see the same repetitive dishes every day, but with the price you are getting them for they are worth it.

We are a regular here and their biryani is consistent.I had once ordered biryani for one party at home, everyone loved it too. After eating Balti biryani we never like biryani from any other restaurant.
Balti and Biryani that's it! Biryani is the only authentic and 'value for money' dish served at this place. To add, it's the best biryani you'll get in Brisbane within city. The rating for the biryani will be between 3.5-4 but I'm giving a rating of 2.5 for the ambience, service, other dishes served.

Soo tasty, great Indian foodI have eaten at Balti more than 40 times and every meal has been excellent. I really like the Chicken Tikka and my kids love the crunchy chicken 65. They are always fast and the prices are cheaper

This cheap Indian takeout isn't impressive, but it was solid, offering vegetarian curries for cheap, and being in a busy area near the train.
