Despite getting the food delivered from Grubhub which was a tad late, that’s not the restaurants fault. The food was amazing though. I ordered the crab rangoon, sticky spicy wings, and the spicy calamari to start. The crab Rangoon was so crispy, and so flavorful, very rich and slightly sweet creamy filling, which I prefer. Sticky spicy wings were just as described, very spicy ans I ordered them, sweet, and sticky overall finger licking good. Fried calamari was my least favorite, flavor was good the sauce I was not a fan of, but of course with take out the quality of the food isn’t the same was very soggy upon arrival. I placed an order for a few items last night and when I arrived home I noticed that the chicken wings were completely uncooked and raw inside. As well, the satay chicken was raw. Called up and they told me to being it in. Told the wife to put the satay chicken in the oven for the kids and I brought the wings in. They did make me a new order and confirmed that the wings were very under cooked. You would think they would comp you an item for wasting my time twice. (They still charged me for the spring rolls I ordered when I went back with the returned raw chicken) upsetting
I felt unwelcome when I approached the bartender to pick up my to-go order. She informed me that I couldn’t order a margarita while I waited because she was about to clock out. Additionally, my order was incomplete; I was missing the chicken satay and rice. When I called to speak with the manager, I felt dismissed and was basically accused of lying. The manager insisted that my order was complete, but it definitely was not! To make matters worse, the food was subpar—poorly seasoned and overcooked. I do not recommend this restaurant.
The food was just mediocre and quite bland. I’ve visited this restaurant a few times and have been disappointed each time. On our last visit, we specifically requested no hot peppers in a dish because my mother can’t eat them. However, the server added one pepper anyway, despite our request for no spicy peppers. We politely asked her to remake the dish without any peppers, but to our surprise, they charged us for both dishes, even though the initial mistake was on the server's part. I had an amazing soup that deserves a five-star rating all on its own. The restaurant appears to be family-run, which I generally appreciate in a small business. However, without going into specifics, the service could definitely use some improvement. Despite this, I'll definitely return for the Tom Kha Gai soup, and I hope to rate the service more favorably on my next visit.
Love this place! Authentic Thai food made from scratch. I'm impressed with the quality they maintain without having a competitor force their hand. Active owner is a great host and is on top of every detail. Well stocked bar and a great staff. Did I mention great food?!
