I've been a regular at this restaurant for years, enjoying both dine-in and take-out. They undoubtedly have some of the best pho broth in the city. However, I've noticed a few recent changes that need to be addressed. In take-out orders, there have been no jalapeños, basil, or bean sprouts included lately. Additionally, the portions of protein in the Bahn Mi have decreased significantly. I hope this constructive feedback is helpful! The food and service are still great!
I wouldn’t waste my time. There has to be much friendlier staff and far tastier options at The Works. The customer service was non-existent; the man in front was not welcoming and actually appeared bothered by customers stopping by to view the menu and ask questions. I tried the pho which couldn’t have been more underwhelming. The beef was as hard as a rock, literally.
This place really didn't meet my expectations. I ordered the tofu vermicelli, and it was almost completely tasteless. While the staff was nice enough to offer me extra peanut sauce, it still didn't improve the flavor. I regret not checking the other reviews and the lukewarm apologies from the owner before deciding to dine here.

The vegetarian banh mi sandwich was absolutely delicious—super crunchy and flavorful. If you're vegan, be sure to check the spread they use on the bread; it had a taste reminiscent of a mayo and sweet mustard blend. The tofu egg rolls were also excellent, and the dipping sauce struck the perfect balance of heat and sweetness.
The Vegetarian Egg Roll is packed with flavor, even without the sauce. It's delightfully crunchy and not at all doughy or greasy. The Shrimp Spring Roll offers a refreshing, herbal taste that complements the peanut sauce perfectly. As for the Vegetarian Banh Mi, it is simply exquisite.
The flavor was good, but I ordered my beef rare, and when I picked it up, it was well done because they placed it in the broth. I would suggest that they serve the raw beef in the noodle bowl instead, so customers can enjoy it as truly rare.
found a bug in my meal, not a sorry or nun just looked at me and told me they will refund me, gave me a receipt and that was that. costumer service needs improvement

Bahn mi had no taste!! And so expensive for the amount of food given. Will just keep going to Lee’s Bakery instead and deal with the drive.
