I like to have lunch at this restaurant near Gordon train station and car parks. It is just on top of a flyover from the station Carpark to a small shopping mall at Pacific Highway. It is an open area with surrounding glass windows. I can see green trees and some blue sky while sitting there. Most patrons are ladies and kids. Some have gatherings/meetings there. Some just have a chit chat! And I have something to read there. The waitresses are attentive and courteous. Tables are clean. I don't need to wait too long for my food and drinks. I like their battered flathead fillets with chips and tartare sauce. Their homemade pumpkin soup is very nice too! Price is of medium range.
I am definitely a regular at Bar Fresko! Close to the station, close to grocery shopping and other amenities and a wonderful place to catch up with friends. They have recently installed acoustic panelling which has helped the noise immensely - if you have been reluctant to go because of noise this is no longer a problem! The service is alway quick, the people are lovely, and the food is wonderful! Highly recommend!
We went here as a family on a Sat morning for breakfast. The food was good but I'd say a little overpriced for a cafe in a shopping centre hallway. Unfortunately while the team at Fresko have tried to improve the acoustics with ceiling tiles - it is still a little to loud and cold venue for me , it's a shame as the food is actually pretty decent.
Revisited today, loved table cloths and flowers on tables.Also a flower gift go the Mum's.Special menu as well as normal a la carte choices.Amazing choice of desserts, more than 10!!New sound acoustic panels on ceiling kept the voice levels down even though they were full.Coffee was excellent!!

Our family regularly enjoy a meal or coffee at Bar Fresko Gordon. The owners and staff are friendly and efficient, and the food is consistently good. This has become our local favourite cafe where we also take family and friends who are visiting from overseas or out of town.
Was back here again recently and had a terrific lunch. The lamb Shanks were superb. The place just seems to get busier each time I am there and the acoustic tiles they have installed seemed to help with noise reduction. Definitely worth the time.
The coffee has always been the best in this good old days place. The food is above average but a bit boring as they never change them.The service has improved a lot for some reasons. This is a good café as you can always get a table.
They have just taken the benches away and this opens up the space and allows more light in. Helps you feel like you are partly outside while having a coffee or a meal. Love it, bright is good.

$13 bacon, eggs any way, tomato and toast. Great coffee, great service. I don't think it is expensive. It's quiet, clean and convenient.
