Superb artisan bakery in Cardigan. It offers a selection of sourdough breads baked with love on the premises. Also on offer are fresh slices of pizza, deep-pan topped focaccia, croissants, pain au chocolat and brownies. Be prepared to queue in the sun (or rain) but the wait is worth it. Excellent quality bread (and other delights) are the reward.
The bread is lovely. The pizzas are okay. The spinach and feta one was so-so. The spicy refried beans pizza was nice. The pain au chocolate was divine! So was the pistachio croissant. A long queue, so get there for it opening.
There's a reason why they have over 1000 star reviews. The croissants are the best we have ever had
