I’ve wanted to try Bare Naked Bowls for so long! They definitely didn’t let me down. So quick, easy, cheap and filling! Anything off their menu would be so good for brekky/lunch after hitting the beach, which is only a minute walk away. So great to see a place like this that serves such healthy, delicious meals so packed with customers. Also not to mention my coffee was amazing. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer whenever I am in Manly!
This newly opened cafe in Manly is quickly gaining a reputation as the top spot for healthy eating. The staff is incredibly friendly and the breakfast bowls are amazing. Whether you are a local or just visiting Manly for the day, this cafe is definitely worth a visit.
Visited here on my family holiday when i was feeling something refreshing for lunch. This place absolutely delivered. I had the manly bowl which was delicious. Really really wish i could get Acai bowls like these at home!!

This place is perfect when you’re craving something sweet but want to stick to a healthy diet. My go to is the rio bowl has everything I love: granola, berries and (a heaping amount of) peanut butter drizzle.
They drizzle honey on top of fruits, which is so unnecessary. Smoothie was nice, had the blue ocean one, slight bitter taste. No toilet. At $16, was a bit overpriced but popular with locals, it seems.
I absolutely adore this café for its delicious and healthy breakfast options. The small size and charming setup make it a very cute place to dine.
