Horrifying. Had to leave. At least 4 other tables walked out while I was there from what I saw (could have been more). Made us wait 45 minutes even though we had a reservation. Waited at the bar and the hostess never even told us when our table was ready (I had to get her bc she was on her phone the whole time doing nothing). When seated we had to wait another 20 minutes to order. Another 30 minutes passed and we didn 't even receive our drinks yet. Multiple waiters kept coming up to us asking if we were being helped. My boyfriend and I celebrated Valentines day at your lovely restaurant. I know it was going to be a tough one when we were greeted by a low class horrker type hostess. She took us to our table which had just been vacated and not even wiped down. 25 minutes we waited just for someone to bring our drinks. We decided to order at that time to make sure we would see a waiter again. The salads were good, the salmon that my by was good and the skirt stake was tasteless and not chewable. When desert came they were both frozen. When I complained to the waitere for this bad service he told me they didn't have enough staff. That's not our fault. The meal was $75 prix fix and a big rip off in our minds....
