The customer service is outstanding! I ordered two beautifully crafted stone cups for Christmas, which were quite pricey, but I discovered that one was broken less than a week before the holiday. I sent an email on Sunday, and the lovely Sarah replied on Monday to apologize and promptly sent a replacement, which arrived on Wednesday! I highly recommend this company.
