Have been to this pub quite a few times and have always had a great dining experience. Food is fresh, presented well and there is enough variety to please all palates. The pan seared salmon, with sweet potato mash and broccolini is fantastic. The chef certainly knows how to cook this to perfection, it is the best that I have ever eaten. Not even the Stamford grand can cook it this well.Mash potato is like a home-cooked meal and is served the way it should be , piping hot every time. Great schnitzels at a very affordable price. Warm bread is served prior to the meal at no additional cost. Very friendly staff . Lots of parking and only a short distance from the city. Corkage is also available...
Dropped in for a quick beer on a day off...had the beef burger and chips too. It was a great choice - big beef pattie, fresh roll and salad, with yummy tasty chips! It's a nice place to spend a while watching the passing parade on Unley Rd. It was a pleasant surprise to be served at the bar by a Sturt League footballer.

A group of us met at Barzaar for lunch. The staff were pleasant and attentive. Even though some of us had discount vouchers, it made no difference to the quantity or quality of the food. Prices were reasonable, and my main course was beautiful. It was my first visit there but it won't be the last.

We dropped in for a quick lunch while shopping nearby. I had the Pork Sausages and Mash and my partner the Thai Green Curry.Both came out fairly swiftly and were surprisingly good. Great value and well worth a visit. Good change from the other local Taverns nearby with their big price tags.
We went to the Barzaar to catch up with a relative. It was quite busy and for a good reason. Service was excellent and the food was delicious. The menu was fairly standard for a pub type eatery and the wine list quite limited but overall a very nice experience and we'll certainly return.
A group of us came here for the first time and were most impressed indeed! Firstly, the initial welcome from Michael and Amelia was a good start, secondly the food and service was excellent and thirdly the ambience and decor was superb! All agreed wholeheartedly that we will be back!
Have had a few thai green curries in my life. This is just awesome. Good decent food. Attentive service and great value for money. The picture is the Vietnamese chicken salad. Fantastic. Just some of the other dishes we had.

The chicken parmi is great if a chicken nugget fills you up...i mean maccas can get you 10 nuggets for cheaper ..so do go if you want to be hungry after
