The dish was average, but the tabbouleh salad was very disappointing—mostly parsley, with no garlic and barely any tomatoes. When we called to share our concerns, they didn’t apologize and basically ended the call abruptly. It would have been nice to receive some acknowledgment, but there was none. We used to order from here weekly, but now we won’t be returning; we’ll be ordering from Amir instead.
I went for lunch and was disappointed to find out they didn't have any beef available. The potatoes didn't meet the quality I've experienced at other Lebanese restaurants; they were dry and tasted overly deep-fried. While the staff were friendly, the food quality was lacking.
The new owner made the restaurant 100x better and delicious and cleaner the food is delicious and fresh and the quality of the food is delicious and the employees have been so

Best chicken Poutine in the area. The poutine plate included in addition to the usual, chicken shawarma, garlic potatoes, onions and parsley. It tastes amazing.
Super nice employee, very polite, service was impeccable, delicious potatoes with garlic sauce.Came here with friends and really enjoyed it, I do recommend.
This was the worst experience at Basha. The food was cold and lacked freshness. The pita was very hard. I will never return.
