Basing Take Away - Réserver une table

Ordered here twice in 2 weeks. Had the same order each time but both times the food came out good. I had just come back from 3 months in Hong Kong so i'm well aware of what the taste should be like for authentic chinese food. Obviously chinese takeaway in the UK is much different that HK but out of the chinese takeaways I've tried in Basingstoke, this one comes the closest to what the real thing is like. 1 Nitpick would be that the rice is quite average, other than that. I felt the price was good for the taste.

Had chicken in black bean sauce with egg fried rice. Delicious. Definitely would recommend. Place was clean, service was quick and very friendly. Parking: You can pull up right outside the door with no hassle. There is also a small corner shop if you want a nice glass of wine to go with your Chinese food. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20

I nearly always go here for Chinese. The food has always been really good and the service is very friendly. The only recent disappointment has been the BBQ ribs in sauce. The last ones I had were much tougher than usual. I hope that's a one-off. I do love the Bami Goreng though. Nice and spicy. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20
